Shared hosting is defined as overall platform is shared and the database is managed separately for the subscription

We manage the database on the primary server and daily end of day local backup being done. Further as an add-on, private database can be provisioned along with hot/cold servers with multiple backups (local and remote) available

Our application pages (user interface) provides an option to export the data to excel format. Further as an add-on, data can be processed as per your requirements. Resourcing charges as applicable

By default, data stored in the database format is proprietary. However, if the customer likes to keep the copy, we can provision the same on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Resourcing charges as applicable

Updates, bug fixes and minor releases are provided by default without any additional cost. Even SSL (Secured Socket Layer) is managed by Shipaco without additional cost.

All our application charges are payable annually while starting the contract. However, adhoc/professional services require 50% advance and 50% upon delivery ( resource utilization)

Our support services are available between 9.00 am to 6.00 pm on all working days. For the first year free remote training will be provided for 7 calendar days. Additional training requirements are chargeable

Minimum contract duration is 12 months, renewable automatically. 90 calendar days required to initiate cancellation request.
